The Sunset Limited

Founded on the play of the identical name by Pulitzer Prize Winner Cormac McCarthy, this drama that is two-character that is searing blends humor and pathos when examining the association between strangers that are brought by desperate circumstances. Place in a New York tenement apartment, the narrative centers around two very different men - a profoundly religious black ex-con who thwarts the suicide attempt of an asocial white college professor who strove to throw herself in front of an oncoming subway train,'The Sunset Limited.' As usually the sole attempts to connect on a reasonable, spiritual and emotional level, the other remains steadfast in his grief. Locked at a debate, both passionately defend their private credos and try to convert the other.
