The nebbishy inventor Sidney Stratton creates a fabric which won't ever be dirty or worn outside. Certainly they could make a fortune selling clothes but might give rise to a catastrophe in the approach. Afterall, once somebody buys one of the suits they will not ever have to fix them or buy another person, and the clothing industry will fall. But Sidney is made to put his innovation available on the market, forcing the clothing factory bigwigs to resort to more desperate measures...
