The Fighter

After serving a five-year term for murder, Ryan Travers (Richard Norton) was recently released from a Bangkok jail. His parents, who were running an antique shop in the region while waiting for their son to be released, are killed in an explosion set off by the local mob when they refuse to pay protection money. Ryan's terrible news gets even worse when he learns that his sister Katie (Erica Van Wagener) is critically ill and will require surgery. After being released from prison and finding only a dead end job at a construction site, Ryan discovers about a local underground fight ring and chooses to join in order to acquire money for his sister's medical bills and seek vengeance.
