Secret Summer

Appraiser Rachel (Lindsey Shaw) receives the news that her top-notched client wishes to buyout a tiny city's cherished library to create a hotel and spa on the land. Rachel is entirely contrary to the idea of leaving NYC but loses the debate to her boss. Thus Rachel packs her bags and flies out to California. During her first trip to the library she runs into writer, Jake (Derek Theler), who's researching the tale of Captain Black Bart's hidden treasures for his second novel. With hopes of rescuing the libraryMrs. Archer (Rachel Ticotin), the librarian, pushes Jake to show Rachel what the library way to the town. Jake's have a lot on his plate using his search along with taking care of his niece, Hailey (Chiara Aurelia), and nephew, Noah (Max Page), to get summer time but he agrees to assist. Since Rachel accomplishes exactly what the library way to the community she needs to find off to save it until it's too late.
