Parasomnia

Laura Baxter is a young woman who suffers from "parasomnia," a medical disorder that causes her to sleep all the time. She was the victim of a childhood mishap and is now sleeping her life away, only waking up on rare occasions. Danny Sloan, an art student, falls in love with her, unaware that her hospital roommate, Byron Volpe, a horrific mass murderer and mesmerist, has other, more deadly ideas in mind.
