Kindred

Charlotte, who is expecting a child, collapses when she learns that her boyfriend Ben has died in an accident. She awakens in Ben's family home, a dilapidated old manor house in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by Ben's domineering mother and controlling stepbrother, who are determined to look after her. Charlotte begins to distrust the family's motives as she becomes increasingly plagued by visions presumably caused by the pregnancy, and her suspicions increase that they are attempting to control her and her unborn child.
