Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods

Battle of Gods' events take place some years following the struggle with Majin Buu, which determined the fate of the entire world. After awakening from a long slumber, Beerus, the God of Destruction is visited by Whis, his attendant and learns that the galactic overlord Frieza has been defeated by a Super Saiyan from the North Quadrant of this world termed Goku, who is also a former student of this North Kai. Ecstatic within the challenge, Goku ignores King Kai's battles and advice Beerus, but he is readily overwhelmed and defeated. Beerus leaves, however his eerie remark of"Is there nobody on Earth more worthy to destroy?" lingers on. Until all is lost Today it is all up to the heroes to end the God of Destruction.
