Favoring pedigree dogs, a brand new regulation puts a severe tax on strains. Owners ditch their dogs and shelters become over crowded. 13-year-old Lili struggles desperately to protect her Hagen, but her daddy eventually sets canine free on the roads. Hagen and his master hunt that is pretty desperately before Lili for one another loses beliefs. Struggling to survive, homeless Hagen realizes that not everybody else is your dog's best friend. Hagen joins a group of dogs, but is soon caught and sent into the pound. With little hope inside , the dogs will grab an opportunity to revolt and escape . Their revenge will be merciless. Lili might be the only one who are able to prevent this war between dog and man.
