The Verdict
Frank Galvin can be a down-on-his luck lawyer. Former associate Mickey Morrissey reminds him of his own duties in a medical malpractice suit that he himself served to a silver platter Galvin : all parties willing to settle out of court. Blundering his manner through the preliminaries, he suddenly understands that perhaps after all the case should proceed to court. To punish the guilty, to find an adequate settlement for his customers, and also to restore his position as a lawyer.
