An Early Rain
Cheol (Shin Seong-il), a humble auto mechanic, and Yeong-hui, a maid in the French ambassador's home, happen to cross paths one rainy day. Cheol aspires to be successful in life. He claims to be the son of a businessman and the owner of a fancy automobile when he speaks with Yeong-hui. Attracted to Cheol, Yeong-hui also claims to be the daughter of the French ambassador, and the two agree to meet only on rainy days, when she may conceal her true identity by wearing a pricey French raincoat. Cheol and Yeong-hui continue to go on romantic rainy-day outings, and their love grows stronger by the day...
