A set of villains referred to as'The' Alliance' places a trap for the Taxpayer. They torture him imprison him , and also make plans to crucify him. Retired super heroes round up, and hatches a plan to rescue the Taxpayer. A general rally, where taxpayers come to see the crucifixion of the Taxpayer is staged by the villains. The personalities invade the guy lair, and a conflict succeeds. Amusing and action-packed musical numbers are intertwined through the entire madness.
