Slayers

Slayers follows the exploits of their young sorceress Lina Inverse, whose life revolves around also fighting, treasure, and food. After stealing treasure from a team of bandits, stragglers accost Lina throughout her journey to the future town. She's not in any actual threat, but a swordsman named Gourry Gabriev springs to her rescue plateau. The two head to Atlas City, fighting foes they encounter on the way, and team up. Unbeknownst to Lina and Gourry nevertheless, two mysterious characters are hot in their tail, and they are especially interested in the"treasure" Lina and Gourry possess murdered.
