Hunt is an engineering science fiction show which aired at 10 pm ET on Wednesday nights on NBC, from September 1972. It ran for 2 3 episodes, but perhaps not for example the pilot picture originally titled Probe. The name had to be changed as Probe was that the name of an existent PBS series, when acquired for show output. On BBC 1 the show aired in the UK beneath the name Search Control. The show was created by Leslie Stevens, also made by Robert Justman Leslie Stevens, John Strong and Tony Spinner. The high concept was clarified as"science fiction in the current world" and the episodes featured lots of hightech elements that are believed to be common in modern science fiction shows.
