Mad About You

Mad About You is a American sitcom that aired on NBC in September 2-3, 1992 to May 24, 1999. The series stars Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt . Reiser played with Paul Buchman. Hunt played with with Jamie Stemple Buchman, a public relations specialist. Near the close of the series's series, the couple had an infant daughter, whom they named Mabel. The show concentrates mainly on the newly weds while they coped with everything from daily minutiae that are funny to major struggles. The willingness to locate humor in dialog and conditions of the show garnered it comparisons another NBC humor about thirtysomethings at New York City, to Seinfeld. Paul Reiser and helen Hunt were paid $1 million per incident for the season. While the show was shuffled from its Tuesday slot to prop up a Monday night line-up of all comedies on NBC ratings dropped sharply. The final bout of the show was"The Final Frontier". The show's theme song,"Final Frontier", was composed by Reiser and Don Was. Andrew Gold initially achieved the subject, but a version performed by Anita Baker made its debut midway during the 1997 season. Baker's version was useful for the remaining part of the series's run and appears on the show's soundtrack album. The variant of gold is on the group Thanks You.
