Instant Star
Immediate Star is actually a Canadian television program that aired from September 2004 to June 2008. The show starred Alexz Johnson as music contest winner Jude Harrison. The series Harrison's experience from the industry whilst focusing upon character development.
Linda Schuyler and Stephen Stohn of Epitome Pictures created the series. Ahead of being found by network station The N, currently TeenNick, at the United States, the app started to broadcast on CTV in Canada. The series became the second app together with Degrassi: The Next Generation, a Canadian series produced by Schuyler and Stohn, standing since hottest.
In 2005, following its very first season, Instant Star was nominated for three Gemini Awards in the category of Best Children's or Youth Fiction Program or Series. Nominations included: Best String. Best Performance. And Best Management. The series won the award for the Best Management You Can not Always Get What You Want.
On August 28, 2007, the series received three more Gemini Award nominations from the category of Best Children's or Youth Program or show. Alexz Johnson was nominated for Best Performance, also there were two nominations for Best Management - Graeme Campbell, and Pat Williams.
