The third grade D class at a prominent Tokyo high school is made up of top pupils who scored well on the SATs. It wasn't long until their prior homeroom teacher went insane and quit their job. Students in third-grade D class push their homeroom teachers to the limit and watch them crumble mentally. A game that the students like playing. A new homeroom teacher, Tsuneo Yoshizawa (Kei Tanaka), is introduced to the third grade D class. Although he gets verbally and physically abused by classmates, Tsuneo Yoshizawa maintains a smile on his face. He never loses his grin. Tsuneo Yoshizawa's students' behavior worsens and they formulate a plan to kill their instructor, which they carry out.
