Candy Candy

Candy Chocolate is anime collection, manga, and a book. The most important personality, Candice"Candy" White Ardlay can be a blonde girl with freckles, large emerald green eyes and long, wild hair, worn in pig tails with bows. Candy Candy first emerged in a pro se book by famous writer Kyoko Mizuki in April 1975. When Mizuki combined forces the magazine Nakayoshi became interested in Sweet Candy. The series was serialized as a manga series from the magazine for four years and won the 1st Kodansha Manga Award for sh?jo in 1977. The story has been adapted to an anime series from Toei Animation. There are also several Candy Chocolate films that were never released outside of Japan.
