The Fitzroy

The Fitzroy is a live-action black comedy set in a post-apocalyptic 1950s alternative universe. The globe is engulfed in deadly gas, and The Fitzroy hotel, an abandoned submarine off the coast of England, is the final location to go for a classic seaside vacation. Bernard, the hotel's bellboy, cook, maintenance man, and general dogsbody, is at the center of the story as he fights to keep the crumbling hotel airtight and afloat. When he falls in love with a homicidal visitor, however, he is dragged into a whirlwind of deception, backstabbing, and destruction. Bernard's world practically sinks around him as he tries to hide her killings from the other guests and suspicious authorities.
