Everyone understands that babies are delivered by the stork, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies in the stratosphere, where babies are sculpted by cloud persons today and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure gray blur, is a master in creating"dangerous" babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more - Gus's cherished creations are pieces of art, but more than just a couple because of his delivery stork that is loyal partner. As Gus's creations turned into more and more rambunctious, Peck's job gets harder and harder. Will Peck figure out how to handle both his friend nature along with his freight?
