Law was a chauffeur for rural tycoon Luk, and he was imprisoned after a car accident killed a significant landowner. It was rumored that Luk was involved in the death of the landowner, giving him an advantage in the native housing construction contract. The world has altered by the time Law is released from prison five years later. Luk's company has risen in strength, but Luk's right-hand man, Keung, has his own purpose. But then something unexpected happens. Joe gets to know the materialistic single mom Eva, who turns out to have a nasty history with both Law and Keung, with the help of Law's prison friend and computer wiz Joe. Law drugs Sean and his siblings in the drinks, then modifies their mobile phones for spying. Law discovers Keung's final goal through the eavesdropping, which has the potential to affect Hong Kong's land development forever.
