My Way

Jun-shik, who works for Tatsuo's grandfather's farm while Korea is colonized by Japan, fantasies about engaging as a marathon runner from the Tokyo Olympics. Tatsuo intends to become a marathon runner, therefore the 2 eventually become contests. However, the war breaks out plus they are forced to enlist in the army. Tatsuo becomes the head of defense at the unit of Jun-shik and also he devises a strategy but fails. Tatsuo and jun-shik are held captive by the Soviets. They run away but soon are recorded by the Germans and forced to split up. On the beaches of Normandy they meet in 1944.
